#Pin, archive, trash

Right-click a note in the list:

• Pin to top → keeps it at the top
• Archive → hides it from the lists. It's still searchable, and it shows under Archive in the sidebar
• Move to trash → removes it from the lists. It stays in Trash until you empty the trash. Emptying is permanent. Ctrl+Shift+Backspace moves the open note to the trash and opens the next one. Changed your mind? Press Ctrl+Z to bring it back
