Support

Mare is made by one person, and that person reads what you send. If something doesn't work, or you can't find how to do something, start here.

Look it up

• The manual covers writing, tags, sync, locked notes and the rest, one subject per page. The same manual is a note inside the app, under the tag mare/manual.
• What's new lists what changed in each version, in case something moved.

Ask

Send a question or report a problem through the support desk, or email support@marenotes.ink. It helps to include:

• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead;
• your device and your version of Mare (the start screen shows it in the lower corner);
• where the workspace syncs to, if the question is about sync.

Please don't send your notes or your passwords. Nobody at Mare can see either, and no answer needs them. Your message is used only to answer you, as the privacy policy says.

Your notes are safe while you wait

Your notes are ordinary files in a folder that's yours, and every sync keeps the previous version. Whatever the problem is, the files are still there and any other program can read them.
